Immanuel Joseph
Director & Life Coach
Immanuel’s strength is being able to recognise people’s hidden abilities, talents, and gifts easily and quickly. His fulfilment comes from witnessing others use these skills to their full potential as they embark on futures filled with happiness, fulfilment, and success beyond their wildest dreams. He likes assisting people in discovering and developing these skills.
Immanuel encourages people to investigate their past through coaching, talks, and workshops so they can design their futures. His objective is always the same, whether he is listening to a client, speaking to an audience about turning misfortunes into accomplishments, or assisting others on their journey of discovery to help them uncover the hidden treasure.
One of his memories from school is when my first-grade teacher told his mother that Immanuel interrupts the class by cracking jokes about anyone at any time. Immanuel developed the ability to instantly make someone laugh and smile throughout his life. entertaining his lecturers, fellow students, and occasionally total strangers. He was able to more fully understand people’s feelings and help them adopt an optimistic attitude toward life. He realised he had a unique ability to connect with and communicate with people of all ages, and he felt he had found his vocation. In 2010, he left his position and started working as a motivational speaker on a freelance basis. Later that year, in 2015, he teamed up to co-found LifeTree Trainings.
Immanuel captivates the audience with inspiring presentations and real-life examples. He is an enthusiastic and skilled trainer focusing on self-awareness and resilience while inspiring others to become confident. He has trained hundreds of experts as well as thousands of young people and teenagers from India and overseas.
Working with people going through a shift (which can be cognitive, emotional, psychologically, physically, spiritually, or for some who are looking for meaning and purpose in their lives) is one of his specialities.
Immanuel can comprehend the work-life balance of a team or an individual after visiting numerous locations both in India and abroad, meeting and conversing with people, and understanding personal and professional cultures. He also co-founded Trail & Tides in the year 2019 so that individuals can travel and work on the mental and emotional areas of their lives while experiencing travel beyond their wildest imaginations.
Divya Immanuel
Counsellor, Therapist & Storyteller
Divya’s love for connections and a strong desire to comprehend emotional processes and healing drew her to this helping (counselling) profession. She has a plethora of life experiences that allows her to comprehend typical patterns that affect the majority of people on their journeys. She is passionate about emotional healing since it enhances communication in relationships and raises everyone’s quality of life.
Divya, a co-founder of LifeTree Trainings, earned her Master’s in Social Work from Kristu Jayanti College, a Post Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from Nirmala Niketan College of Social Work, a Certificate in Arts-Based Therapy from Anantaraa, and a Post Graduate Certificate programme in Teaching for the Future from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
She has the honour of working with a variety of families and individuals, including toddlers and professionals. From young children in play therapy to teens and adults who want or need hope and change, she enjoys interacting with them all. Her mission is to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s obstacles and genuinely make a difference while they pursue wholeness for themselves and their relationships.
She had more than 13 years of training and additional experience working with individuals, couples, and families in faith-based settings and in educational and training contexts. She is aware of the challenges parents face and the many dynamics that exist within families.
Longbir Augustine
Idea Evangelist
Longbir is also a Founder of Trail and Tides Services Pvt. Ltd., a Destination Management Company. Completed his Masters in Management (Marketing) at Assumption University, Thailand. Expert marketing scholar who knows to meet the target.
At present, he is doing his research in modern business from Don Bosco University.
Rose David
Counsellor & Idea Alchemist
Rose is a counsellor by profession. She has worked with several Non-government organisations in counselling children from all walks of life. She is also a French tutor and has hands-on experience in schools and other organisations.
Rose creates the content of the training and is also an expert in planning and analysis.
Hedley Albuquerque
Financial Evangelist
Hedley is a Managing Director and Partner at Inclusive Alpha Wealth Management LLP. He has almost 10 years of experience in the financial industry which includes Insurance, Mutual Funds, Bonds, FDs, and Loans to tailor-made comprehensive financial plans to fund each and every goal set for yourself.
Hedley is also a financial trainer and his experience will help you and your family to invest in the right product.
Namrata Falcao
Counselling Psychologist, Psychotherapist & Graphologist
Namrata Robert Falcao has been working in the field of mental health for over 5 years. She is a founder of “The Aura of Simplicity”. She works with diverse populations. She has a diverse training background and work experience. Some examples of presenting issues that she has worked which include working with people who have experienced trauma, mental health issues (e.g., anxiety, depression, psychosis), abuse, grief and loss, stress, school issues/problems, relationship challenges, domestic violence, substance misuse, and addictions. She has also worked with people exploring identity, personal growth, wellness, goals, purpose, and meaning in life. She is also a career counsellor and a psychotherapist. She completed her Master’s in Counseling Psychology. In addition to her formal education, she is also a trainer graphologist. She has worked in different organizations, volunteered in the community.
Fr. Stanley Kozhichira
Theatre Alchemist
Fr. Stanley Kozhichira is National Record Holder. He has won the prestigious Limca World Record for his Theatrical Production Ars ke Krantikari, the cine drama based on the life of St. John Mary Vianney in 2012 which was acted by priests of the archdiocese of Delhi. He has been in Theatre for over 30 years. He has written and directed over 110 Plays and Street Plays. He is an expert in street theatre. He has conducted workshops in street theatre for over 22 years. He has Produced documentaries and telefilms for Door darshan, and other productions houses in the capacity of Director, Assistant Director, Senior Producer, scriptwriter.
Atty. Dexter D. Diwas
Gallup Certified Strengths Coach
Dexter is a lawyer and also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. He is a Founder Director of Point 3750, a Training and Development Company at Philippines. Dexter is a Strengths and Legal Wellness Advocate. He finds meaning in helping you discover your talents so that you can embrace what you are naturally good at and start leading an engaged life.

Discover
Humans are natural learners—and we learn best when we discover the tasks we are trying to learn and explore. No matter how good our grades were while we were in school or college, most of our learning took place once we entered the workplace and started discovering and applying again and again.
Define
At LifeTree Trainings, we define what we are trying to achieve. In the process of defining the system, we identify the goal for a better outcome. We identify plans and processes to sustain, strengthen, and extend an individual, the learning process beyond the workplace into their personal lives.
Design
Whether it is coaching/training/workshop we design as per the needs of a company or an individual. To ensure that the training has the maximum impact on learners, we design training just when the need arises. Design different content for different groups of people based on their existing skills and career paths.
Develop
LifeTree Trainings develops opportunities for learners to access the training whenever they need it and wherever they are. We establish a clear association between company business goals and the skills the learners will learn and develop by the time they complete the course.
Deploy
Deployment at LifeTree Trainings is a continual activity. Training and coaching for the novice and the experienced take place side by side. The entire team works together in their own capacity to deploy training or coaching.
Deliver
The delivery method at LifeTree Trainings is of three types. The first method is through visual, auditory & kinaesthetic. The second method is group activities, role-plays, movie clips & case studies. The third and last method is instructor-led training. the training or coaching is either delivered online or in-person for an individual or to the group.
